brokerage or buyer agency is a practice of the real estate brokers. Their agent or the real estate broker represents
a buyer in a real estate transaction, and not the seller. According, to the

buyer’s broker must observe loyalty to the buyer by taking full interest in the
buyer’s side. He should not disclose the secret facts about his buyer and also
not disclose matters regarding the
transactions.The real estate broker in fact helps to negotiate the price and terms on the behalf of the buyers. He also prepares a standard purchase contract by filling in the contract form. He acts as a fiduciary for the buyer.
